Each tenant's rent is due the first of every month.
If you move in during the middle of the month, your rent is pro-rated.

you're the only person with a key.

We can cut your lock, but there is a fee charged.

Renters insurance or homeowner’s insurance generally covers any personal damages.
We are not liable for any personal property damage while on site.
* We will meet you at the storage facility to designate the unit that best fits your needs.
The lease will be filled out and a copy of the lease will be sent to you for your records.
Vacating the Unit:
* Renting a storage unit requires a minimum of 30 days written notice
prior to next billing date to release both parties of all liabilities.
You will be charge based on the late fee schedule that is written in your lease.
